The Industry:Pool Industry.
In March of 2000 Michelle began her career selling pools, spas, and billiards in Jacksonville, FL for the industry's largest retail chain where she excelled in both total sales and gross margin.
After taking a few years off to raise her first son, Sam Teel, Michelle began to focus on real estate, completing her real estate education and working for ERA realty. Michelle quickly became a lead agent in single home sales and in condominium sales and quickly outgrew her role and partnered with another agent to open their own real estate brokerage, Centro Real Estate.

Michelle and Centro Real Estate continued to grow in residential sales. Her reputation as a leader in the field attracted a large condominium development which signed Centro Realty as their exclusive broker. The historic housing crisis coincided with the birth of Michelle's second child, Sarah Belle Teel. Michelle, true to her nature, again embarked on succeeding at the hardest job in the world, motherhood. While Michelle left Centro Real Estate after the birth of her daughter, she remains friends with her former partner as Centro Real Estate continues to grow.
Michelle returned to the pool and spa industry in 2007 as the Customer Service Manager for Dream Maker Spas. Michelle improved the department by implementing a more organized service procedure to ensure the customer's satisfaction, but again it was her sales acumen that truly transformed the department. Michelle developed a sales program for the service department technicians that focused on up-selling each customer on any available accessories, upgrades, or additional parts. This program increased the department's profits by 21.7%.
In February of 2012 Michelle formed Teel Marketing Solutions to act as an independent sales agent for Dream Maker Spas and Sunrise Spas in Florida. It didn't take long for her role to produce results. By working with dealers and distributors throughout the state, Michelle helped grow the spa business for her manufacturers by over 25%.
Michelle's first love is her family. When she is not spending time with her family, Michelle enjoys exercising, volunteering at her local church, and shopping.
